Translation
Translation is the highly complex action of transferring the meaning of a written text from its source language into a target language. This requires an intimate knowledge of both languages and cultures involved. At Integrated Language Solutions LLC, all translations are checked by reviewers holding a minimum of a master degree prior to delivery to the client. We will not accept any project for which we are not confident in our ability to provide the highest quality translation.
Our standard rate for translation is $.10 per source word. Cost may vary depending on the complexity of the subject matter. Additional charges may also apply if you require special formatting of the translated document. Special pricing options may be negotiated for large projects (over 17,500 words). High Volume Clients
If your company is likely to need frequent translation work you might wish to consider entering into a retainer agreement with us. Under this type of arrangement your company would prepay a negotiated sum in exchange for translation services on an as needed basis up to a certain number of words during a negotiated period. Generally, the cost per word would be less than the standard rate under this type of agreement. To find out more about this option please contact us.
Language Education
Workshops
We offer pre-packaged and customized language workshops in both Spanish and English for all levels. We will work closely with you to determine the specific needs of your company with regard to language education. All of our instructors hold at least a Master degree in the language they teach and have had significant experience prior to working for us.
Class sizes may range from one to twelve students and sessions are generally held on site at the customer’s location. Alternative venues may be negotiated, generally with an extra charge being applicable. Prices vary depending upon the length of the workshop, the number of students, and the level of customization. However, a standard 45 hour workshop (3 hours per week for 15 weeks) with six students will cost around $2500.00 (group price) plus books and materials. Students are also eligible for individualized tutoring at a discounted rate of $17.00 per hour while enrolled in a workshop.

*The ESP and SSP workshops are customized for clients needing to develop a specialized vocabulary relevant to their profession. Examples include: medicine, law enforcement, banking, etc.
Tutoring
The standard rate for individualized language tutoring is $25.00 per hour. It should be noted that tutoring is not the same as an individualized workshop. Clients receiving tutoring come to the session with specific tasks with which they need extra help. This might be help with homework for a language workshop they are taking or it may be to check the quality of a document they are trying to compose in their second language.
